User-entered names: When you use the "Spin the Wheel" feature, any names or text you enter are stored locally on your device only.
Feature consent: The app stores your consent preference for the "Finger Pick" feature to avoid showing the consent modal repeatedly.

All data processing and storage occurs entirely on your device and is never transmitted to external servers, cloud services, or third parties.

How Features Handle Data

🎯 Finger Pick

This feature processes touch positions in real-time to randomly select a winner from multiple participants. Touch coordinates are used immediately for the random selection algorithm and are immediately discarded. This data is:

Never stored
Never transmitted
Only used temporarily during gameplay
Requires explicit user consent before use

🎡 Spin the Wheel

Names or text you add to your wheel are stored locally on your device. You can delete this list at any time through the app settings or by clearing the app's data.

🎲 Dice Roll

This feature generates random numbers locally on your device. No data is stored or transmitted.

🔢 Random Number

This feature generates random numbers based on your specified range. No data is stored or transmitted.

✓ Yes/No Decision Maker

This feature provides random yes/no decisions. No data is stored or transmitted.

No Analytics or Tracking

Random Picker does not include:

Analytics services (no Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
Crash reporting services
Advertising or ad tracking
Usage tracking or event logging
Cookies or similar tracking technologies
Third-party SDKs that collect user data

Data Retention and Deletion

Since Random Picker stores data only on your device, you have complete control over your data.

How to Delete Your Data:

Spin Wheel names: Open the Spin Wheel feature, delete individual names, or clear the entire list through the app.
Consent preferences: Go to Settings → Reset All to clear consent preferences.
All app data: Uninstall the app from your device. All app data will be automatically deleted.
Complete device data: Go to your device Settings → Apps → Random Picker → Storage → Clear Data/Cache.

We do not possess any user data on external servers, so there is no server-side data to delete. Data deletion is entirely under your control.

Offline Operation

Random Picker operates completely offline and does not require an internet connection. The app functions entirely on your device with no reliance on external services.

Third-Party Services

Random Picker does not use any third-party services that collect, process, or store user data. The app uses only standard open-source libraries (Expo, React Native) that provide the technical framework for the app to run locally on your device.

Children's Privacy

Random Picker does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since the app does not collect personal information from anyone, it is safe for children to use. If you believe we have unknowingly collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
